 Ryan is a marketing strategy and communications consultant, with a specific focus in electronic communication, youth audience development and creative campaigns and solutions.  Ryan completed his MBA in strategic market leadership at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business.  It was also at McMaster that he earned an Honours BA in a combined major of Political Science and Theatre & Film.  Ryan has worked alongside a number of organizations in a diversity of industries and strongly believes in the importance of developing an identity, story, and community around brands.

Two weeks ago, we here at factor[e] formally welcomed our new Sheridan College illustration and design intern, Kristina Smiltnieks! Born in Canada, Kristina’s family relocated to Vienna, Austria when she was six months old, due to a post that her father held with the United Nations.  Combine this with the fact that she is tri-lingual (English, German French) and what we have here is one of the most fascinating childhood upbringing stories at our studio, and making the rest of us insanely jealous.
