Don't confuse "play" with "slacking off"

There is a general attitude in North America that to succeed at work, one must be very serious, over-ambitious and a bit of a work-a-holic.  Our European counterparts look at us and laugh while eating their 2-3 hour lunches on a patio, I'm sure.  Because of these values, many people can't really claim that they have fun at work and they definitely don't make time to play at work.
